I have been dealing with Balmerlawn, Dibden branch since 2008 when I purchased my first car with your company. I have been very pleased and impressed by Jason who in my experience has always made me feel as though he is giving me personal, one to one attention. I recently brought another car and my experience was very positive. For me he makes the Dibden branch and is the one member of staff I trust to give me the right advise. Zara has recently helped me deal for arrangement for my car repair following an accident. She too gave me really great personalised service. I felt confident my car was in good hands. ——–

From when we first saw the car that we wished to purchase on the forecourt, all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions with confidence and knowledge. They kept in touch with us about delivery but unfortunately we had to wait three and a half months for that. I believe that this was due to production problems with this model. Two members of staff that I must mention are Greg Chaldecott and Mark Gibbins. They are both excellent employees and went out of their way to help us through the purchase and answered all of our questions frankly and honestly. I was before retiring, a Regional Director for a big retail chain and covered Ireland, Scotland and northern England with almost 200 stores under my control. So believe me, i know about service and staff training! And how difficult high and consistent standards are to achieve. I really must congratulate Brockenhurst on the consistently high standards I find at Brockenhurst. I bought my last car from there, have it serviced there and will no doubt buy again from there. At all times I have been met by pleasant people who really seem interested in me and my problem or needs. This ranges from the man who picks up my car for servicing, to the reception staff and even the lovely lady who keep the place so scrupously clean and all with a smile and “Can I get you a coffee?” Yesterday I had to bring the car in urgently as I had scraped the car on my garage door and removed the bumper and wheel arch trim. No problem! A very pleasant and efficient young man on reception dealt with it immediately. Told me it would cost ££ and said he would order the parts. What time did I want to bring the car in? No problem. I arrived early, the same pleasant reception and efficiency and car fixed. Whoever recruits your people, whoever trains your people and whoever keeps them all so consistently focussed needs congratulating. People make a business and your business is a shining example of what should be the norm in the UK but sadly, is far from being the norm.
